Full Position Description:

We are building a diverse, cohesive team, deliberately.

We're looking for someone with academic and professional experience in building and architectural acoustics or structural dynamics, who wants to advance acoustical and vibration isolation solutions for the built environment.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Acoustics, Mechanical Engineering, or Structural Engineering (MS preferred)
• Professional experience in building/architectural acoustics, structural dynamics, or structural engineering
• A track record of applying technical work to real projects (not just research or theory)
• Passionate about acoustics/vibration and a positive client experience
• Located in the United States or Canada, authorized to work, and willing to travel to clients and project sites as needed

This is an equity partner role, not a salaried position (at least in the beginning). You'd be joining as a partner, with ownership in what we're building. Role and responsibilities can be shaped around the right candidate's specific background, interests, and fit with QUSTICS.
