Accompanying Guest & Family Program
To register a person(s) for the Accompanying Guest & Family Program please complete the appropriate section on the online Registration Form. The fee for this program is $75 USD. Each registered accompanying guest will receive a name badge upon check-in.
The social program for a registered Accompanying Guest and/or Family offers a variety of activities:
- All registered Accompanying Guests and Families will have access to a Hospitality Suite, which will be located at the Portland Marriott Downtown Waterfront Hotel in (Room TBD). Accompanying Guests and Families can meet there and plan their day in Portland. Refreshments will be available every morning at 8:30 A.M. on July 25, 26, 27.
- All registered Accompanying Guests and Families are invited to attend two Exposition and Exhibitor's Receptions (Monday, July 25 and Tuesday, July 26)
- All registered Accompanying Adult Guests (over 18) receive (1) admittance ticket into the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry (OMSI) Social Event (Tuesday, July 26). Guests under 18 who will be attending the museum must be accompanied by a registered Adult Guest and will not require a ticket to enter the museum.
The Institute of Noise Control Engineering (INCE) has partnered with EcoTours of Oregon to offer you and your family the following optional tours during the Noise-Con 2011 Conference.
