Vendor Exposition - Sold Out

Space at the Noise-Con 2008 vendor exposition, managed by Richard Peppin of Scantek, Inc., is soldĀ  out. However, a waiting list is being compiled. Please contact Peppin for more information.

The exhibit attached to Noise-Con 2008 will take place Monday evening, July 28, for a reception in the exposition area AND Tuesday afternoon, July 29, followed by another reception in the evening. The Exposition will close after the reception.

SQS 2008 is the third in a series of highly successful one day sound quality symposium following on from SQS 98 and SQS 2002. We anticipate around 30 presentations on various aspects of sound quality. The exhibit attached to the Sound Quality Symposium will be during the entire day of Thursday, July 31st.

If you choose to exhibit at both functions, you will get a significant discount for SQS and we will have provision for storing equipment between Tuesday night and Thursday, early-morning, SQS set-up.

Please note that the venue is the Hyatt Regency Dearborn, as noted above, where we held a very successful InterNoise conference. The hotel is within walking distance of a shopping mall and several restaurants.

For the Exposition of Noise-Con 2008, the 41 booths are located in the Hubbard Foyer and the Dearborn Ballroom. The foyer is open and near the registration and announcements. The ballroom is more intimate and lockable. There will be security in all areas during non-show hours. The SQS 2008 exhibition will be held in the DeSoto Room and consists of informal tabletop setup (maximum of 8 available).

Attached is a copy of the application and floor plan for Noise-Con 2008 and SQS 08. (As of January 4th, 19 spaces are taken by people who signed up already)

Given the proximity to the center of the US auto industry, we expect about 350 people or more to attend. However, the number of booth spaces for Noise-Con and SQS is fixed.
