This session deals with issues of sound perception and quality and with methods for objectivizing the subjective impressions connected with character, context, noticeability and suitability of product, environmental and architectural sounds. Illustration of perceptual issues, and methods for quantifying perceptual rankings, solving problems, and designing or modifying sounds are welcomed.
