Vibro-Acoustic Consultants is an emerging company based in downtown San Francisco. We develop unique noise and vibration solutions for clients across a broad range of industries, with an emphasis on advanced technology facilities. Our consulting work spans the globe, and everywhere we have been, we have returned superior results to our clients. Our list of clients includes industry leaders such as Freescale, IBM, Samsung, Seagate, as well as major research universities such as UC Berkeley, Stanford, University of Washington, and Georgia Tech. We have also worked with US government and national labs on noise and vibration design for cutting-edge research laboratory facilities.  We currently have active projects across North America as well as in Taiwan, China, and Singapore.

Qualifications Required
We are currently seeking a full-time employee with substantial experience in acoustical consulting. Consulting experience shall include a minimum of 6+ years in the areas of architectural acoustics, sound isolation, and HVAC system noise control. Experience with audio-visual installations and with environmental noise (concepts, modeling software, and regulation) is a plus. The candidate must be willing to travel. Solid foundation in acoustical standards, test methodologies, and products is essential. The successful candidate should also have a B.S in engineering or related fields (advanced degree preferred).
