The Irvine office is seeking an Air Quality & Acoustical Specialist to
join our team and work on CEQA and NEPA related documents on a wide
range of general and specific plans, urban infill, mixed-use,
residential, commercial and industrial projects. Responsibilities
include preparation of CEQA/NEPA documentation, emission inventories,
global climate change analyses, pollutant concentration analysis, health
risk and vibration assessments, permit preparations, dispersion
modeling, and assisting in the preparation of Environmental Impact
Reports.

Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelor*s degree in
Environmental Planning, Engineering, or a related field, experience in
the preparation of CEQA/NEPA compliant documents, and excellent written
and verbal communication and presentation skills. Experience in
administering air quality and acoustical modeling (CALINE4/CAL3QHC,
AERMOD, URBEMIS, HARP, FHWA-RD-77-108, TNM2.5, etc.) is preferred and a
professional registration is strongly desirable. This position involves
data collection in the field and occasional lifting up to 40 lbs.
